Come And Try Tennis

 

Would you like to try tennis or perhaps you have not played for a while – then come along and try our tennis ladies morning session, or mixed morning/evening sessions. During these sessions you will be taken all through the basics with the aim that you will be able to play and enjoy a game of tennis. Racquets can be provided. Coffee and chat after morning tennis sessions.

There are also Cardio Tennis sessions which provide a fun group activity for anyone, at any playing level, looking for a fun way to burn calories and interact with others outside of the gym. Most women can burn between 300 to 500 calories per hour and men can burn between 500 to 1000 calories per hour. Not only are you getting a great workout, but you are also learning a skill and training for tennis.

LADIES MORNING TENNIS

Wednesday mornings 9.30am – 10.30am and 10.30am – 11.30 am.
Cost per session £6 members and £7.50 non-members.

 

MIXED BEGINNERS TENNIS

Monday mornings 9.30am – 10.30am and 10.30am – 11.30 am.
Monday evenings 7.00pm – 8.00pm.
Thursday mornings 10.00am – 11.00am.
Thursday evenings 7.00pm – 8.00 pm.
Cost per session £6 members and £7.50 non-members.
