Cardio Tennis provides a fun group activity for anyone, at any playing level, looking for a fun way to burn calories and interact with others outside of the gym. Most women can burn between 300 to 500 calories per hour and men can burn between 500 to 1000 calories per hour. Not only are you getting a great workout, but you are also learning a skill and training for tennis.
Tuesday evenings 6.15 – 7.15 pm.
Last 2018 session: 18th December, restarts: 8th January.
Open to members and non-members, adults and teenagers.
Cost per player per session: £5 members, £6.50 non-members.
